We want you to be happy and in-love with your new purchase. If for some reason you would like to return your purchased product, please follow the steps below.
- To return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Return or Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Please note: We kindly request that you courier the returning item via Aramex (avail. at all Pick 'n Pay Stores) at a fee of R100. Once the return has been delivered to us, we will refund the R100 delivery fee back to you.
- Customers are responsible for the delivery procedures of returning the product.
- We will happily exchange or refund you once the product has been returned, given that:
- The product has not been worn and does not show any signs of damage.
- The product has been returned in its original packaging.
Please note - We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on the following items:
- SALE items
- Swimwear (unless a return has been requested 48 hours after receiving the item)
- In the event of an exchange request, please be aware that it can take up to two weeks for the new item to be delivered to the customer once the exchangeable item has been received by us.
